Thinking of buying this template, what software do i need to edit my own details in?

I’m new to all this website stuff, ive previously designed my website using photoshop and uploading onto moonfruit.

What is word press? Is it a type of software or something?

Wordpress is a cms, http://wordpress.org/ for more information. You can easily change your website via the online admin.

About the template, i think the template is really good, but its all about your opinion and the feeling you have with a template.

WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) I suggest you buy a WordPress ready template, you’ll require help and you can ask to the template author or to us.

Thanks, I have no experience with word press or hardly any website knowledge but i need a professional looking website for my design portfolio and this template seemed ideal. However if it involves a lot of hours learning something on website building i may find an alternative. Although moonfruit is tacky looking, it is easy to use and you dont really need any knowledge.
