Same happened here. Our account was disabled (for 24 hours in my case). Customers got mad. I couldn’t log in anymore and had no more controls over items, comments and earnings. […] I’m on TF for more than 2 years now and my items have earned the marketplace more than $ 20.000, not counting my own earnings of course. Also, if you take a look at the number of my forum entries, I’ve always actively worked on/with the themeforest community. I’m no spammer or pirate who can be treated like you treated me. I had a sleepless night, and I’m feeling a bit like a dog in North Korea now. I’m not sure when such a lockout will happen again, it’s definitely not the way I would treat my customers or partners. EVER .

Hello, I hate complaining so I’m sorry for what I am about to tell, but from one side you say your earnings are quite good here, and on the other side, when clients try to reach you about your theme’s issues, you reply that you’ve closed your business because “WP Themes never paid your bills”. I like your theme (Karmag), well I mean I used to like it, until I had .js problems with it, with no technical support left at all. My site is broken, I lost lot of time and going to lose some more. Actually you stopped selling all your themes on your own site. Is the blame to put on Envato ? I’m sorry but I’m not sure about it anymore now… You said you don’t like the way Envato treat customers, but personnaly, I didn’t really like the experience of being your customer. And unfortunately, I’m going to be much more careful before buying WP themes on ThemeForest now.
