Before you start disabling any account you should contact the author 24 hours prior using the contact form on their profile page or something. We would consider this very very offensive because we bought our images with a lot of money ( for the latest theme 10$ per image !!! ) so please if you think of disabling an account, our account or any other account, send out a notice or try to start a conversation to get the information straight.
Also what is this: “The best way to avoid item or account disablement is to ensure your items adhere to all applicable copyright / IP requirements and policies.” – i literally have no idea what you are talking about with IPs.
Just want to let you know that this issue was resolved 7 hours ago. When the issue came to Drew his attention he immediately tried to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I trust Envato that they will do their best to improve this process after the feedback we, and other authors, have given.
I still can’t see your Power Elite / Paw badges.
+1 to Duotive.
2 of my themes were disabled. Ok, no problem with that. But my themes aren’t visible anymore to the buyer. The other thing is that i am not able to change them right now. So what’s the criteria of item disablement AND account disablement?
Sorry for your losses WPScientist,
Anyway it is very nice to hear that your problem is solving…
Yesterday my host was about to giving me a heart attack , my sites were down for a couple of hours ; And I really can’t even imagine what you’ve felt during all the issue about your account.
Wish you the best and good luck , it is nice to see your avatar again
