Just wondering, why ‘Elegant Ribbons Logo Animation’ is in the homepage (when you hit ‘After Effects projects’) while it was uploaded 13 days ago? 
And it’s next to the items uploaded only 1 or 2 days ago… I don’t wanna post a link, not sure if this is allowed.

No, no, me too! I am also, do not understand why.
I may guess item date is date of first appearance after soft-reject and when it was finaly aproved it still has older date? I don’t have other ideas how it may happend.

Seems like author updated his project and reviewer somehow dropped it on the first page…. maybe a bug or something. But on the other hand, I don’t see anything bad in this case

Good to know I’m not alone
If it was soft-rejected at first, then why the first comments are posted 13 days ago? I mean, when the project is soft-rejected, it is not visible to anyone but the actual author.
