Today,

We got an email from Envato today, 2 items belong to us are disabled without any prior notification.

Someone can purchase the theme, and can email Envato claiming that he owns the code, without any proof, is this that easy to disable two themes? without asking? without any proof? We have worked for a long time on those themes, but it can disable suddenly.

Still waiting email from Envato Team…

Please contact Envato Support, I’m sure there’s an explanation for this.

We have worked for months for these themes. There is no explanation of disabling themes without prior notice.

We have emailed all the proofs, and still waiting reply from support team (it has been 10 hours)...

Items aren’t disabled without a notification through eSupport. Please check your inbox for further explanation. I’m sure you’ve heard this before but items aren’t disabled on a whim here.

I haven’t mentioned items are disabled without a notification, I have mentioned items are disabled without prior notification, but even instead of waiting reply from us, you have disabled themes.

Can you disable themes without any proofs? Just with an email? Is it that easy?

Anyways…. I have sent all the proofs and still waiting reply (It has been 16 hours)...

if your item has been disabled because envato received a DMCA notice the info here should help you.

@doru was quicker than me for a minute :)

as far as I experienced ( :) ) Envato will not disable the item without receiving a DMCA notice. This is a serious document and no one will submit it without a cause…

If purchase one of your items and get the codes of it then claim I have worked for your company and the codes belong to me with DMCA takedown notice. Is it possible to disable your theme? Without any proof? or claiming you have not paid me and I don’t authorize the codes being used by you?

I am asking is it that easy? I have sent all the proofs and still waiting for the reply.
