why in my product’s image preview its showing “This Item has a large preview” even if i had firstly uploaded a 900×2000 image but after being reviewed i changed the image to 590×1500 and it again being reviewed…But it till now it show the same message “This Item has a large preview” In a big problem PLEASE HELP

you uploaded the new image, but have you “assigned it” again? in your edit tab, where you uploaded.

Hi Samiul, I’m sorry to hear you are currently having trouble with your image preview. Please be so kind to resubmit your 590×1500 image, through the item’s page › Edit tab.

As plaxtico kindly mentioned, make sure after uploading, to assign it to the Image Preview drop-down box:

Yes, but don’t worry, your item will remain visible/available for sale on GraphicRiver during the process! Item updates have their own queue and are usually processed in well under 48 hours. Cheers.
