Send an email to the author of the theme, (use the form on their profile page to do so).
Forums ain’t the best place for theme support. 
timthumb is not creating thumbs for some reason. Check directory write permission, it should be 755 or 777. Or as ThemesFever said send email to the authos of the theme
also to resolve “Could note create the index.html file.”, you will have to delete all files that exists inside the cache directory including “index.html” and if there is “timthumb_cacheLastCleanTime.touch” file, delete him too.

Stop using timthumb. Try TinTin library.
timthumb had some vulnerabilities lately.
Or try some WordPress integrated functions, like get_attachment or post_thumbnail. There is honestly no need for timthumb.
