I’m currently on the lookout for a great (hosted) solution for ticket support and helpdesk. I have seen a cool feature the other day.. where the subject line is auto sugguesting kb articles..
does anyone here know of a script like that?

Yeah I did.. not too sure about it, also fairly pricy in the long run. As i said.. it would need to be hosted..

It says it has “A Smarter Knowledge Base 0 Keep your articles inside Tender and benefit from the über smart autosuggest system.”
So I guess that means it has the autosuggest feature you were after
