Hey everyone,

I am using Ticksy for couple of months and today it seems the system is down. Cannot load new messages, it’s crashing when I try to respond to some ticket.

Is anybody else having the same problem? Does Envato know about that? I have submitted a ticket, but the automatic response says, that I need to wait 5 days for an answer, which is too long for me and my clients, waiting to help.

Will appreciate all the info you have

Yep, same issue here.

JustinSheetz is the developer of Ticksy, but I think he’ll still be asleep at the moment (USA) so hopefully he can do something later on :)

Yes, Its loading extremely slow since the past 20 hours ,sometimes it does not even load up the main page .

To top it off i have more than a 100 tickets to anwser for Three Themeforest Authors :impatient:

Now at least I know that I am not alone and someone will resolve this issue soon.

Ticksy should be back up now as Justin just disabled the API integration, if you’re still having issues head to “settings” and turn off the API checks for Envato.

Thanks for the update @TommusRhodus. The site is working now. But does it mean that now we could not know whether they are verified buyers? Is this just a temporarily disabled?
