Ive been trying to cancel for months, but there is no way to cancel, which is against the law when dealing with credit cards!

I have emailed and sent support tickets but I have had no reply

You can cancel by going to the “Manage” page, click the “Users/Ticksy Plan” and then click the “Cancel Account” link in the upper right area (below the green button).

Justin, Has something happened to the Amazon S3 account used by Ticksy? Screenshots, thumbnails, custom branding, etc are not appearing, and it seems to me that they may have been deleted/moved from the Amazon account. Can you explain what has happened?

This is an extremely critical and urgent problem as I am unable to see screenshots users have attached to explain their problems.

+1 can confirm the same behaviour is taking place on my tickets as well.

Yep, Amazon account was suspended. We’re working with them to find out why (it definitely wasn’t due to non-payment of any kind) and should have things back up and running soon. Sorry about this guys…

Very sad to hear that you would stop developing Ticksy :( I’ve been using Ticksy for some times and really love it.

Just wondering when are you going to shut down the site? Is that in your future plan? I just want to know so I can prepare the next move if it’s the case.
