@jscheetz – In the UK, for any card to go through, the security or CVV code is needed to be implemented. It’s a security measure to make sure you have the card with you when paying online.

I still can’t get in.. I’ll wait to see if i’m the only one that has this problem. But it’s weird though..i’ve never encountered any problems when trying to pay for something online :)

Well yeah, I agree with you there. And there are advantages to asking for the info, like you probably restrict the signups to genuinely interested visitors and there is nothing the user have to do the moment the billing starts. But it has its cons too, like I need to enter more details and especially in the beginning when you are looking for as many users as possible, I’d say keep it open. Also, on the basecamp website, there is all sorts of info that encourages me to signup (big screenshots of the product, etc) – you might want to look into such things too. Looking at the website, I’m very sure its a really good product… :)

I tried signing up too. I have a mastercard and it says the card number is invalid.

Recurly, our payment processor is telling me these are all legitimate declines, but I’m skeptical because of the number of you that can’t get through. I have two cards here that I’m using and they both work.

It looks to us like legitimate declines. I was able to recreate that error by putting in an incorrect expiration date, so perhaps that’s the issue?

Trying to sign up as well, but am not able to. I enter all of my details, hit submit, and a pop up opens that says “Sign up for a trial”. Clicking the “Sign UP” button just redirects be back to the trial signup page. Infinite loop.
