It looks to us like legitimate declines. I was able to recreate that error by putting in an incorrect expiration date, so perhaps that’s the issue?

Trying to sign up as well, but am not able to. I enter all of my details, hit submit, and a pop up opens that says “Sign up for a trial”. Clicking the “Sign UP” button just redirects be back to the trial signup page. Infinite loop.

It stated that 4 of my credit cards were some how invalid but it worked fine with a debit card for some reason.

Seems I am unable to cancel my subscription:

Question: In the quick tour you mentioned about changing the color scheme in the settings. How do I do that?

I tried again and it worked. Once the signup finished, it took me to a page which showed a thank you message and a “Sign up today” button. Clicking on it took me back to signup page. How do I login? I don’t see any login form anywhere!

I’m trying to test how the ticket system works. So I bought my item and am trying to login. In my opinion I don’t think the users need to see a login form. Perhaps they is a better way where they can view a home page asking them to enter a purchase code to submit a ticket or something similar.

I tried to login with facebook/twitter but I get the message: 403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.

I’d really like to assist in testing the system so any help will be appreciated.
