However something is not clear to me. For example, how users insert their purchase validation code? I’ve created a test user but never seen a place where paste it..!
First, be sure you have activated your Envato account using your API key. Then you can add products directly from Envato via the Manage Products page. If you’ve done all that, you just need to go to Settings and activate the validation code option.
I’ve been wanting to find the time to do something like this for a very long time, this looks like a really impressive product! I’ll look forward into and I’d really like to test it.
Good work!

Thanks! I hadn’t seen the “add envao item” button.
Well, It’s pretty awesome!
I will use this system for sure when I will have a little more of users to support.
Keep improving it
IT’s HEEERREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
This looks great, but a question: is this 1:1 support between me and a customer? So if a different customer has the same question, a new ticket must be made? Or can other users browse Ticksy and find an answer to an already answered question? (like how a forum is)

I’ve been using Ticksy for a little over a month now, and it’s awesome. 88 tickets and counting

It’s a private ticketing system, however you can create public facing FAQs that don’t require a login to view and can be embedded via an iFrame anywhere if you’d like.
HOWEVER , we are fully aware of the need for public tickets—almost forum style posts that users can view, reply to and search through. It’s in the works.

Glad you’re enjoying it! Mind if I use that little snippet as a testimonial?
I think you would hit the jackpot, if you converted this into a forum-like app because as of now, I don’t see a lot of advantages of using Ticksy, over ThemeForest’s comments section.
By the way, I’m pretty sure I saw a PHP error on the site yesterday, when I was logging in via twitter, or something like that. It just flashed in the top-left corner of the browser window (Google Chrome), and then quickly disappeared.
