Some customers reported that they cant find the place to enter their TF api key. Am I missing something?
Main problem is because by default Ticksy shows the old image of License Certificate http://cl.ly/DN4m not the new one http://i.imgur.com/g3UW86T.gif There’s a ticket for that more than one month old! http://support.ticksy.com/ticket/50016
But there is a bigger problem..The Ticksy is almost shut down (even if they claim it isn’t). It still have many things to fix and improve, but they ceased any development and technical support. You can read more here http://createsend.com/t/r-61AA918DDFC60B4D2540EF23F30FEDED
So I guess it’s time to look for alternative
Sh*t, I was planning to use them for all of my themes…
I don’t think we need additional features, so cease of development is not really affecting, is it?
Yeah, sorry guys. Ticksy got too big for us to handle so we’re looking for another owner to take over. Ticksy will not be shut down in the near future. It will continue to function as it does today and we’ll be fixing the major bug fixes within the next week or two.
I would like to know as well as well as some stats.
I know you’re stepping down from ticksy and that’s totally understandable, but could you please replace that license image screenshot? It’s literally 2 seconds of work and would save everyone in this thread so much support hassle.
Appreciate it mate Tom
It sucks that Ticksy will not to be developed further, but I love the irony in this thread’s title:
“Ticksy — Support your products!”
I loved Ticksy and it has been essential for my business, it’s a real pitty that it is not supported anymore. Specially for the few bugs remaining.
I’ve opened a ticket 1 month ago about two bugged tickets that need to be deleted by you, is a real 2 second work, I don’t understand why you don’t check the oldest important support requests.
Plus, the license certificate image.. each day I receive at least a couple of customers complaining of that. Is bad for the ticksy and the author reputation.
Both are a very, very, very fast things to do. Has no sense to leave it copletely abandoned after months of development..!
