Very sad to hear that you would stop developing Ticksy I’ve been using Ticksy for some times and really love it.Just wondering when are you going to shut down the site? Is that in your future plan? I just want to know so I can prepare the next move if it’s the case.
@UXBarn – they’re looking for a buyer but have no intention of shutting the service down. I think what we’ve got here is just a case of bad timing with Amazon S3 with the bad news that Justin is leaving the project. I’m pretty sure this isn’t the beginning of a shut down procedure
Yep, Amazon account was suspended. We’re working with them to find out why (it definitely wasn’t due to non-payment of any kind) and should have things back up and running soon. Sorry about this guys…
Thanks for the update Justin.
Nothing new for the Ticksy future? I wouldn’t find myself without a support site suddently
It looks like the S3 servers are down and the images/files are not loaded.
Can you at least keep the minimum support for this?
I don’t understand why this delay in selling it if there’s no time for it. It will only result in a significant drop in clients and price. Big authors can’t stay without a support forum for one hour, here we’re speaking about more than a day…
@Justin, Any news what next? We have some trouble with Ticksy and we would love to know if we should move or wait. Used 1 Year long Ticksy, and loved it so far, but right now it just surprises us every day with some new failure (like “Zombie” Tickets, not highlighted new Tickets), and dont feel myself safety any more with it. Please give a short update, so we can take a decision.

Can you email me more details and how much you are looking to sell at. I provided my email earlier for the mailing list and I’ve yet to recieve any information. To me, it doesn’t look like you are interested in selling.
Hi Justin – im interested in buying too, but you must sell soon before the users start dropping. Send me info please.
Damn it..I was going to subscribe on Ticksy until I saw this thread…maybe this is not the best moment to move my support system from TF comments to Ticsky? What are the main problems? Does anyone know any good alternative?
