Since the Envato will have its own support forums, it makes sense that ticksy to abandon this project and want to sell it quickly.
Or maybe I’m wrong.

@Tiguan – they aren’t providing support forums. They provided a support tab where you can send customers to your own forum.

EDIT: I just read a comment saying that is the direction they are heading towards. You are probably right then!

That was 4 months ago,

I built my custom forum, ticket system and all integrated it within the envato api in less than 2 weeks on my own, If I would have had a team or 4/5, it would have been within a few days.

I know they have a lot of things that can be done, but why not focus on 1 things at a time, get it done quicker and right the first time. Rather than doing 20 jobs, taking there time and having to do alterations/bug fixes?

A good ticket system could be very helpful for many services, not only for authors like us. An Envato support system would be great, but I don’t think It will be released soon.

You’re right but something still tells me that most of the sales came from the Envato authors. But maybe I’m wrong.

Surely! :)

I was meaning that Ticksy is useful also for others, so the developers should continue to support and improve it. After all is a very nice ticket system
