Hi Justin,

I love ticksy and my customers, too.

I would appreciate it if you could add support for sale reversals?

5 months passed and no news at all.. but the system keeps working, for me is ok.

Just one thing, hope you can help me Justin: I have three bugged tickets that I cannot close. Is there a way to close them with some URL parameter or with your quick intervention? thanks

We have started with ticksy but due to the lack of support and development we are moving away from it to a fully fledged helpdesk system.

We’ve had that too. Everything bugged out if users posted full php, html or even css code sometimes right to the ticket. One of the authors mentioned that he could go ahead and trigger the “close” button via Firebug/Chrome’s right click tool “Inspect Element” – so you could try that.

Damn, why I’ve not thought before to hardcode the left sidebar? :D

Is not so immediate to make the sidebar visible, but works like a charm! Many thanks

Could you recommend any great helpdesk system out there that can easily integrate with Envato API (purchase code check, populating TF items, etc.) ?

It’s very ironic that there’s no support for a program used to provide support LOL

Well, they didn’t have such a great exit strategy, they wanted to sell it for a high amount in my opinion and they kind-of stopped supporting it by the same time. So instead of maximizing the profits for the new buyer, they did the exact opposite, losing lots of value. Now I doubt anyone will even consider the initial amount they were asking since I assume they lost some customers. It was/is a nice solution though, if properly maintained.

I chuckle whenever this thread pops up. One does not simply dogfood their own strategy.
