Can you check my account? I can’t get any emails when a buyer create a new ticket. However if they comment on a opened ticket, I’ll get emails.

There are two places to set these notifications. One is global, one is on a per user basis. Check your notifications on both the Settings and Profile pages:

Good to see that you’ve decided to support this again. I’d like to inform you of something that may need an urgent fix. If a user writes some html code without the “insert code snippet” tool, it doesn’t escape the tags and tries to render them. This messes up the ticket layout and also sometimes stops me from replying or closing the ticket.

Hi,

We started using ticksy some days ago and everyone is complaining that they get referrenced to the promotional page instead of our ticket support page, especially those who uses firefox

will there be an immediate fix otherwise we’ll simply drop ticky as we’ll still using the trial Cheers UOU Apps

Hi Dude,

We have four agents working with Ticksy, and we would appreciate your help with one issue. The are over 20 “Zombiee” tickets already which we can not delete, replay etc. Please help us to remove them someway. The best would be to be able remove these ticket by ourself, but a quick help would be enough now, till you come out with the update.

Hi Krisztian, if your zombie tickets are “blank pages” as mine, you can close them.

It tooks a bit of firebug’s work to set the sidebar visible, but then you can close them ;)

yeah, some of those i could kill also this way. But i have a good amount of Zombies which i just can not eliminiate. Hope to get some feedbak from the devs soon :)
