^ I am using it, it is stable. It still has it’s downs, but it’s much better than the old version and i’m happy with the improvements.
(from what I see in http://support.ticksy.com/ ) Isn’t the font a bit poorly readable?
Anyway since I spend a good part of my day on Ticksy, I’d like to use the v2 too, but from the next week (I must publish a new add-on now and I cannot care to any unexpected problem )

Hi, more and more of my clients are complaining about ticksy bugs please do something, or I will be forced to look for other ticket system. For example I have a ticket hanging with an iframe which is destroying the layout and cannot be removed.
P.S A beta access will be great.
