You are wasting your time with Ticksy (just like we did about 1 year ago for 6 months or so). Support is too damn important for your sales to base it on system that is blowing in the wind. You should start with the most solid solution you can find that suits your requirements, no matter the cost. In the long run the difference between paying $5-$20 a month for the support system, or paying $100-$200 is negligible, especially when it’s reliability easily pays for its self (more so when dealing with WordPress themes) through gained sales and happy customers.
Think cheap will loose sales and customers.
Just my 2 cents and nothing against Ticksy as a concept (like the Envato twist – but the reliability…)
