I’m really apprehensive about this.

The last support system I got excited about, when it launched I found out that it costs an arm and a leg. Which got me SUPER disappointed.

I would love it if this was free.

We are toying with a hybrid idea, where a support ticket can be made “public” and anyone can respond to it. Still bouncing around in our heads though, nothing for launch at this point.

I’ve just subscribed :)

Looks great, but from marketing point of view you should definitely add a little vertical slideshow where you got image and link them to a page with close description and overall info about upcoming product.

Did you get to try the beta? Did you reject it? Did you give him a generic response?

...Just kidding, of course

Free is great, but you have to remember that the devs have to have some way to make it beneficial for them. If you look above, it looks like pricing will definitely NOT cost and arm and a leg, just a few fingers :D No, but really, from what Justin has said so far, pricing should be extremely affordable.

I would love it if my cars and house were free too, but people work hard to give you a product that makes your life easier…if you like it and it works, don’t be so cheap. Everyone has this thing thats “opensource this, opensource that, free this, free that”...why should people just always give there work away?

I am not against open source or free stuff, but this looks to be a promising product like many other quality SaaS apps out there, most of which are freemium, which include various paid subscription versions and they do very well, because people will pay for software that does the job.

I don’t think he should be any different.

Do you think you could have a “solved” tag and be able to see posts that have not been solved and also one to see new posts in topics that were marked solved?

Definitely won’t cost an arm or even a leg. Remember, free is great for you, not so much for the developers. ;)

Coming a little closer to launch, we’ll have a full-blown (WordPress-powered of course) website with a lot more information, a video, marketing materials, etc. Stay tuned!
