LOL ! nice… I have the same problem, although I don’t have twins… I have 4 rug rats so I can barely manage their time… my own time just works in between theirs…
@arik – I’ve attempted to use some of those time management systems (eg. OmniFocus, Things, etc.) all to no avail… I believe they probably do work… however, it’s probably one of those things that you have to make a real commitment to in the beginning in order to turn it into a habit and make it worth your wild… something I haven’t had a enough time commit to yet… thus the chaos in my life

I manage what i do by time,
i can work for 3 hours in the evening (doing freelance work) as i have to spend time with the gf and the puppy
Graphic river work and 3d ocean work i just do when i have a few free moment, as i work full time and freelance 3 hours every day. Thats why my items are very simple.
