The other thread on this theme was a bit more positive. There were suggestions made about how it could be dealt with. I personally think the front pages would be strongest if certain file types are only knocked off the front page by similar file types… i.e. on Theme Forest a theme can only be replaced by another theme and not a script. On VideoHive, a motion graphic cannot replace a project etc. The 21 new file slots are divided up between the different file types. To the user it doesn’t appear any different, but higher value items with more time invested in them naturally have a longer lifespan on the home page.

Incentive for authors of complex or involved files, more cash for Envato. Everybody happy.

There really should be an author section that is private to other users for this type of stuff. You don’t even have to be a registered user to see these types of threads. When I say author, I mean an author with at least one item for sale not someone who signed up to the referral program.

edit Dude , how can you understand when you never worked 2 weeks on a theme ?? You should work on your stuff instead of losing time reading that forum , maybe you would have more items to sell , and you would understand my point , trust me

I must say that I disagree with you. Your theme have been purchased 24 times in only 4 days. I don´t understand why you are complaining so much ? All the authors have the same conditions.
