Have you got any experience with it? I have been reading a bit to see what restrictions apply, and it seems that you can freely use it both for personal & commercial purposes, but:

“Companies or incorporated entities that had a turnover in excess of US$100,000 in their last fiscal year must use Unity Pro.” (quoted from http://unity3d.com/unity/licenses)

I suppose that is what the “Indie” term means ;)
