Youtube data api batch processing allows you to perform multiple actions by using a single api call.

Since it took me a while to figure out how to use batch processing to get multiple videos information, i thought it was a good idea to share the code

feel free to use if you need it, no credits required

I disagree, why people should edit or understand that part of code? Many things don’t need comments, we’re not teachers. If we have to comment everything we would never complete a file for AD or get enough money to pay back the time spent on commenting.

I’ve sold 5000 files and believe me, many users would need a comment also for a press function.

What else we have to do? Comments, helps, everything xml based… FREE SUPPORT . We do already enough to make these files easily usable by beginners, but we cannot invest all this time to comment all the code… that would be crazy.

If a file is XML based that’s it, users should only edit the XML files… if they want to edit the code that would be their business…

I have 100+ as3 classes, I wouldn’t know from where to start commenting all that code and explaining all the relations… my code comments are just for me, not for everybody.

Let’s keep the upload rules realistic, otherwise spending all this time to create a file to get some bucks wouldn’t worth anymore…

remove namespaces on gdata api responses for easier parsing

It may make for easier parsing but if a response ever happens to contains tags in two or more different namespaces that have the same name then this will break the parsing. Probably better (and not that much harder) to just use the namespaces for parsing.
