The reason I ask about the path is because previously I had a similar error because of that. So the ‘Catchable fatal error’ could be related to the ’$new_img_path’ variable not having any value which is donkifying everything.

But if you say that they have everything installed on the root and they haven’t mussed with any of the image path settings then I’m not quite sure what else to suggest. I’ll keep thinking on it though. ;)

The client said they double check that GD Library was installed, so I guess that’s not the issue.

sorry, but have you checked it by yourself? :)

        $new_img_path = image_resize( $file_path, $width, $height, $crop );
        print_r( $new_img_path );
        $new_img_size = getimagesize( $new_img_path );

add print_r code and then you can see what is your real error… in my buyers case, it is because of GD Library…
