Hey, I recently checked my Facebook Timeline Pack and noticed it got 9 sales this past week, but for some reason it isn’t on the top weekly sellers list? I know this isn’t a major deal, but I feel like it should be. Does anyone know why this might not be there?

I think the minimum sales required to enter the top weekly sellers is around 14, plus in last place this week is a file that received 18 sales.

If you really had 9 sales for your Facebook Timeline Pack, then it should be in the “Last Week’s Top Web Elements Sellers” under Web Elements, Popular Items. I don’t see it there at the moment. Maybe check once more if you really have 9 sales for this item in the past week (from March 26th to April 1st), and if you do, contact Support.

Oh, i figured out the issue. In the US march 25th is sunday so i counted that. I only got 7 sales in the days proceeding. Sorry
