Hello Friends… any one here travel and work? what gear do you usually carry with you (solar charger, battery packs etc)and which laptop is best for travel and which screen size 17” or 21” and do web design work… i checked previous threads in which many suggest Dell XPS no doubt it’s a superb laptop but is too heavy. please share your thoughts…

I plan on doing some traveling in a few years and have been slowly doing my homework and preparations. The Samsung ATIV series has been grabbing my attention. Super slim but still fairly powerful for work stuff. And not bad on the eyes, either. Maybe somewhat heavy on the wallet though :)

I was always for Dell have used XPS but it’s not a laptop that you would want to carry around everyday if you keep the price aside and compare Dell, Samsung & Macbook… I think Macbook is a clear winner if you got no budget limits haha Samsung otherwise is the next choice and i really love the flip screen feature but not sure how one can design a website without keyboard on it…
