I just came back from two wonderful weeks in Thailand (Koh Lanta).
Advice? Be careful asking for your food to be extra spicy!!!!!

^ Angkor is heart breaking, even with all the tourists you will find there. If you have plans for less than 3 days there, change them. I highly recommend to hire a bike to visit the temple area (which is huge, btw). Also, if you have time, i would give a chance to navigate on Mekong river, up north to Phong Phen, worth it so far. Also, the route on small boat from Siem Reap to Battambang is highly recommended.
