I may be wrong, but why is the approval for a track in TRAX taking so long?

The wondering one. www.reubenchng.tumblr.com

From time to time it could take some time, but there are a lot of submissions to be approved so be patient. I think the reviewers are doing a pretty amazing job approving the amount of submissions.

When did you submit your song?

Yeah, this happens. The reason can be one of many, but most likely it is because of the weekend as well as an uptick in the number of TRAX submissions around the time yours was uploaded. AJ usually assigns one person to review a specific type of submission, in this case TRAX . So if you be patient, I’m sure it will go through in the next day. I have had a track stuck in the queue in the same exact position for over 5 days before. It can be frustrating, but if you inquire they will remind you that they ask you give them a full week for any uploaded file to be reviewed.

Hang in there, bud! :)

Cheers, OhmLab
