That is a really bad move mixing the top files like that, they are intended for two dramatically different audiences and don’t even carry the same licenses. Having the trax listings on the AJ site does nothing to help the trax users and only hurts the AJ users and clients. I think they should be separated, anyone else want to give their opinion?

I fully understand the different license and audience debate..

However and i may be in the minority….

Surely if an author who hadn’t had much success with “commercial” tracks.. gained some exposure through TRAX this can only be seen as a good thing?

People may argue it will “hurt” commercial authors… but at the end of the day the section in question is “Weekly Top Sellers” which takes into account sales across the whole marketplace

Surely it would be simple to have two lists, then this wouldn’t confuse the license issue, especially for new buyers.

I agree with the two list idea. The clearer, the better
