Trian - PSD Themplate - Feedback needed

First of all i hope i’ve put in the right section the topic.

I would kindly as for some feedback about the themplate, for now this is just the home page. If i have worked with shapes is it ok ? I mean after all when a client buys the psd he has to have full control over the design no ? Any kind of tips would help aswell.

This is no way to be accepted if you not improve you ( and need some big improvments ) Not look like a premium template. I give you some advice later ( not have time now).
