I keep getting the following error when I try to access my admin section:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PUBLIC in /home/content/19/7493719/html/kmscosmetics/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 59
What exactly does that mean? What is wrong with line 59?
