wow I was finally able to reinstall windows 8.. but after reinstalling.. im still needing more space.. what can I do to add more without going out some where and buying anything

If there’s nothing important in your C:\, you just need to format your whole C:\. Click on ‘Drive Options (Advanced)’ when you have your C:\ highlighted at the drive selection screen, delete it and recreate a new partition.
If there’s not enough space in that drive (you need at least 60GB to be usable actually, when you install new software etc.), there’s no ‘magical’ way to make it install there other than either formatting the drive / increasing the size of drive, or by a new HDD if your current HDD is too small.
permian saidActually you don’t need such software in Windows 7. Just go to Computer Management > Disk Management. You can shrink / extend the volume of your partitions there, assuming your HDD has that much of space.
