Tumblr Updates Help

We started selling on ThemeForest around 2 months ago and our second Tumblr Theme became well sold. Of course after a while people which have purchased it had really cool ideas to implement or bugs to fix and we started to do updates on the theme. We have done 2 updates and after the 3rd, one of our customers told us that when he download the theme again he actually get the first version not the updated one and an other customer told us that he can just purchase the theme again but don’t have an option to download it. At the same time when we upload the theme with the updates written in the Description filed, after the approval there is no any of the updates we wrote.

As far as we understand once the item is bought you can download it up to 20 times per 24 hours and the maximum is 50 times. You don’t need to buy it again.

• How we can be sure that the actual updated files are there, when even the description field is not updated?
• Once the theme is bought, Do people download the updated file or they download the version they bought?
