two logotypes reject, request reviews and critics.

Hello. recently, I rejected two logotypes and I would like to show for get criticism and review constructive, and where failure

What did the reviewer say? Was there a reply.

To me both design concepts looks good, all you need is finishing polish.
Logo 1 can have a little more details as it looks a bit too plain.
Logo 2 looks a little overdone. May be the details can be reduced and reverse logo can be made more prominent.

Also that I came accross when browsing. Your logo no. 2 matches a logo on the marketplace. So that’s another ligit reason for reject.

The first logo looks too flat and simple. Try giving it more depth and details.

Also the reviewer might have said for the first logo that the little details wont print well when the logo is reduced in size. Also, there is quite a huge span of logos out there that have the word “lab” and have the “test prove” so, rather than doing the same over and over again, perhaps doing some other variation of test tube would be significantly better.

As for the second logo as they said already, logo has been done before, so they have rejected it because it just looks too similar to one already here.. Also its way too busy and too flat. Perhaps adding connecting ribbons-like film between the buildings and making it a bit more 3d-ish would do the job to make it look unique and creative.
