I build Envato API PHP Class and i have two questions.
I can use “Envato”, “Envato API” expressions and similar, in my item name? (“Envato PHP API” as product name – for example)
And second question – I can use Envato logo in my product thumbnail and inline preview?
Thanks for replies.
You can’t use neither, unless you have the permission from Envato itself.
EDIT: Not sure about naming your product something like this: PHP API Class for Envato Marketplaces. Still, you can’t use Envato logo for sure.

Theres already a Envato Marketplace API Wrapper in PHP by Jeffrey Way
My class is most advanced and fully objects oriented
Yes, there is, but Jeffrey Way works for Envato. I was only answering his question about using Envato trademark in his products.

Maybe you should fork Jeffrey’s project?
Fork?

Basically that doesn’t matter. As you fork it you can basically completely replace the existing files and structure with your own. It is basically a completely new rewritten version of the same thing.
