If you need some sort of special sound effect you can cooperate with some of the audiojungle author who could exclusively make these sound fx you need 
you would negotiate for example : you would pay him few bucks for it and he would let you to add those sound fx in your download file . Or maybe there would be some cool guy who could make them even for free
