From past 12 hours am trying to upload a template, after uploading a template it showing a message as below

Er... Hi! How's it going?

Something happened that (probably) shouldn't have. But do not 

despair, we've been sent an email with all the details, and likely

we'll be fixing it shortly!

If this problem, in particular, is causing you undue stress, 

migraines or nausea, please drop us a line and let us

How long does it usually take for a template to get uploaded? I tried uploading a while ago but still nothing happens then after maybe 10 minutes I get the message like settysantu posted.
