Hi,
I’ve just purchased a Lespaul Retina Responsive Wordpress Theme and encountered an issue with uploading the theme to my wordpress webpage http://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com.
I would like to understand why I’m unable to upload the theme. When the upload reaches 99%, a “Wordpress Failure Notice” error message appear and I was prompted to try again. But nothing was uploaded and I’ve to repeat the same process again and again. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Try uploading the theme with a different browser or from a different computer.

Hi Doru,
I’ve tried on 2 laptops using Chrome Version 25.0.1364.172 m, IE 9.0.8112.16421, Firefox Version 19.0.2, but it still couldnt work out. The same error happens again. I noticed that the files are much larger in file size than some of my other themes. Could it be the reason why I was unable to upload the theme files?

unzip the .zip you downloaded from themeforest, a smaller installable .zip file is likely inside.

Do I have to unzip the zip files within the theme zip files and zip all together without the internal zip files?

but what zip archive you are trying to upload. the one you downloaded from themeforest? or the zip archive you found inside that archive?

Hi Doru,
I was uploading the zip archive from themeforest, as with my other themes that comes with the original zip archieves from the authors.
