Ran 5km today, which apparently is 500 calories and about half of the dinner I had at outback last night.

You are on the Codecanyon Team – don’t you have the Nike+ ... I haven’t seen any runs sync’d by you. I don’t remember if you said you were waiting for the sensor or you were going to buy it.

5km is good… set a goal for 7 days a week.. then you will probably hit 4-5 which is good

I do not have a nike+ device – I was planning on getting one but a lot of things came up so I won’t be able to. I’ll try to do 5km everyday for 7 days a week but it sounds boring.

That is not boring… that is great you are doing it!

I’ll be away this weekend for personal reasons so I won’t be doing it Saturday or Sunday. I will be doing it other days though.
