I just noticed a new theme on the homepage and it says “updated to 3.0”. So it’s an old theme, and it’s on the homepage of new items. Is that allowed? I recently updated a theme to 3.0 and it was simply a normal update. The theme I saw must have been “removed” from Themeforest, and then re-submitted as a new theme. The comments go as far back as a few days ago, so it’s definitely released as a new theme.

Is this allowed?
