“Please review the following issues that occurred
Main File(s) is required
Main File(s) contains some files with broken filenames. If you have used any international characters, please remove them and try again.”

I would say follow the instruction “If you have used any international characters, please remove them and try again.” Make sure your file name doesn’t contain any special characters etc.
Use only words for the name. Don’t use “Bla bla – bla” or “Bla, bla, bla”.
The right name for file is ” Bla bla bla” or “Bla Bla Bla”

Hi,
Main files can be called pretty much anything as long as it’s within our requirements for naming (i.e. no foreign characters such as: ; • ? é ® † µ ? _ – å ä ö). The main file itself does not require the “01_filename” name. The main file is required to be in a .ZIP file to be read properly, otherwise our system will protest and give an error. If the main file contains any non-english characters our system will most likely protest.
My suggestion would be to name the main file: mainfile.zip or use the files name without spaces and/or underscores. i.e. filenamerighthere.zip
01_filename.jpg, 02_filename.jpg, is for the Preview Image Set only and should be a zipped file with additional previews.
If If the problem still persist, try clearing out your cache as that usually solves the most of the problems. If the problem Still persist, try our FTP uploader instead. If neither of that would work, you can contact Support with sufficient enough information for them to try and replicate the problem
Good luck!
Just make test with different browser. I use the name of item for name of zip file and have no porblems.
I had this error too, was because I placed a ’ before a name inside the zip file: ‘Preview.jpg
I rename it to Preview.jpg and problem solved.
Im trying Everything you are saying, thank you
