I was just thinking about the fact that there are no templates on TF for something that’s actually becoming more popular lately… Just something like a single page URL shortening service style template…

I don’t mean the script included of course, but a nice template in which to use your barebones script would be quite nice…

I’ve been running http://e7t.us since about April, and it’s not immensely popular, but it does see a decent amount of traffic and I do have plans to expand it eventually.

I’m currently using one of the PSD templates that was available here, but it wasn’t really geared towards being used on that type of site.

Does anyone think these types of templates might be a good idea or am I just an idiot? haha

Current template looks really nice, and I think it works well. What should such a template include?

I made a design recently for a url shortener script i bought on tf, I think it looks pretty good still not much of a success.

Here the link, i hope it’s okay when i show it. (if not then remove it ;))

Well, i started it just as an sort of experiment so there was no intention of making it a huge success.

What do you guys/girls think of the design

@Hein – Looks good!

Though, from a buyer’s perspective, why pay for a template like this when you can just use a free service?

Aside from the pink(ness) I LOVE it!

I think that’s an excellent look. Very clean and simple.

Well, if I had it exactly as I wanted it, the template would of course be a single page that’s very simple…

BIG input area for user to input the link they would like to shorten, then beneath it maybe some stats and rules…

Then either ability to scroll vertically or horizonatlly to API usage directions, etc…

I like my current template, but it just feels as though something’s missing I guess.
