I would like to see if Envato bought these files and what license they used. Thank you!

I ask this because the files were used in the last promotional email from ThemeForest. In the email they were untouched but in the Forum thread they were modified.

Regards, Bogdan

Hey Bogdan,

Please keep in mind that with any purchase of a regular license, a single use is implied and permitted without further notice. Also, modifications to any stock content are equally possible, without the need to ask for permission.

You can read more about this here: http://photodune.net/licenses/regular <- specifically point 5. and 6.

That being said, should you require further information about this particular case, please contact Support via http://support.envato.com so that the appropriate staff can respond to your inquiry.
