I wonder if this is possible and how would it work if I have one design and port it to WP, Drupal, EE etc… ?
Yeah, I would like to know how that works too.
I’ve almost finished coding my first theme. I’ve made a regular version (XHTML/CSS) and a Wordpress version. Would I have to send them both in seperately?

I would think that you do, plus it could increase sales if you do because people who are looking for a WP theme wont find it if it is listed as a site template.
What if someone buys your HTML /CSS veriosn template and then codes it into Wordpress and then puts it up for sale themselves?

Then they’d be banned from the site, I believe.

Yep, this is a copyright infringement violation…no worries, if there is a site here that has been ported for another CMS it will not be approved…stealing is bad mmmmkay.

You sure would, I’d imaging that would bring in more sales too. One thing to definitely do is to place a line in the description linking them to make sure people know the other one is out there!
