I have used foundation. when it comes to the mobile devices it has a bug. https://github.com/zurb/foundation/issues/1548 I dont like this mess. :D other than this every thing is perfect. But i want to try boostrap. i have never used it. :)

The bug you pointed is because of the usage of wrong class and div structure made by that user. It is not a bug overall. There is an answer below.

Foundation has navigation alternatives as you know. You can try button groups also. Or you can create your own unique menu with an inline-list.

Go for Bootstrap 3.0 if you haven’t started yet.. It has some great improvemements and will become the standard soon anyway, i guess.

My template was approved with Bootsrap 3 RC2 (I upgraded it to 3.0 when it came out) so you should be fine. Good luck!
