Hi All, Can I use photographs from [link removed] for themeforest design?

I want to know whether it is legal or not? If it is illegal how it offers download images (Which available most of the micro stock sites) for free.

I did not find any legal/license information in that site.

Does anybody using it? Please let me know.

Thanks, Ram.

Hey guiwidgets, as there are some files from GR offered for free I reported your post, so the staff will remove the link.

I suggest not download anything from that site.

Doru and Survivor, Thanks. Not only the specific site, in recent time I have come across lot of sites are there like this. Including stock images, they sell TF,GR, 3D, CC stuffs also.

Then it should be reported to Envato and the related authors.

I wonder, most of us browse a lot but how it was missed out (Including me).

Hi guiwidgets.

For starters nothing is “free”, everything that you use to build something to later sell, has to have a license, and usually that costs something, unless we are talking open-source licensing, which usually applies to code / web-related things rather than images… Please be so kind as to file a support ticket, including the discovered link. Further discussions down THAT line are sort of forbidden on the forums for obvious reasons, so I will have to lock this thread up. Generally, it’s also more efficient to aim your licensing and “legal” issues and questions directly at Envato Support, as they are really the only ones who can provide an accurate answer to them, whereas the forum “chit-chat” is provided “as is” so if you do a “no-no” and get banned, forum users who recommended that can’t be held responsible.

Thank you for your understanding, and don’t forget to include whatever links you found within your information request ticket.

Kind regards, CB.
