Can I buy a photo from photodune for a flyer template I am creating for sale on GraphicRiver? Thanks.

You’ll want to read our Regular Licence info – http://themeforest.net/licenses/photodune_regular
And Extended – http://themeforest.net/licenses/photodune_extended

Thanks. Love the sites, but man $40 of an extended license is a bit steep for a file I am going to sell for $5.

Hopefully you’ll sell it more than once
So, with extended license i am allowed to include the stock photo into the flyer-template??
I am a bit confused – because here you say its not possible: http://photodune.net/forums/thread/can-i-use-photodune-photos-for-flyer-templates/87570

Licensing has changed a bit over the past few months
You need permission from the author before you can include their work in any item that is sold as stock.
You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, or in a tool or template. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
