Using purchased photos for graphic template

Can I buy a photo from photodune for a flyer template I am creating for sale on GraphicRiver? Thanks.

So, with extended license i am allowed to include the stock photo into the flyer-template??

Licensing has changed a bit over the past few months You need permission from the author before you can include their work in any item that is sold as stock.

You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, or in a tool or template. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.
