Using Someone's Plugin in Own WordPress Theme

I am just wondering whether it is legal to include someone’s WP plugin (with credits given) in our WP theme which will be sold here? I know it is licensed under GNU General Public Release (which means it can be redistributed for commercial purpose), but just want to get other people’s opinion to be sure

If it can be redistributed for commercial purpose as you said, I don’t see why you’re asking. Just read their license carefully, and give credits if they asked for it, if not, it’s up to you.
